,we wish to inform you that a
symposium organized by the federal executive council,the federal ministry
of finance,the senate committee on foreign payment and task force Budget
implementation committee. This was organized by the Federal executive
council,after several report on inappropriate delay on foreign payment
dept. It was scheduled to look into the reasons for these delay and fashion
measure to arrest the situation.
During this meeting,several points were raised,which was looked into .
Finally,a mandate was issued by the federal executive council demanding the
task force,to insure that lists of foreign beneficiaries are immediately
scheduled and submitted to the council for immediate approval. This
includes the already listed names and others like yours yet to be
scheduled. This will resume on Thursday this week. We implore you to
cooperate with this new initiative and take advantage of this opportunity.
Do not look back to the delay that have been associated to your payment in
the past or money you probably may have spent. All these have been taken
note of and measures have been proffered to finally put these problems to
rest.
Consequently as we communicated you previously,we were very surprised when
these two gentlemen came to our office,claiming that you authorized them to
claim your foreign payment. The new government through the Federal gazette,
have passed instructional Order stating all process to follow the due
process of the Law,which must be recorded for reference purposes. It is not
business as of before as any official found engaged in either collaborating
with any foreigner or taking anything for his due services,shall be dealt
with. As it stand,all officials are mandated by this initiative to do their
work,as apply in their contract of service.
As we do not have a pr-notice from you,letting us know that you have either
authorized or sent someone or group of persons to our office to claim your
foreign payment,we quickly communicated you to be sure . On receiving a
response from you,contrary to their claim,we invited a team of the Special
Security Service (SSS) to our office pr to the coming of these gentlemen .
Unfortunately for them,they were arrested on the spot and have been taken
to authority for further investigation,to ascertain if they are working
with any official or on their own. It could be recalled that,it have been
through these means,some vital information pertaining foreign beneficiaries
have licked out.
Finally,we shall brief you on Wednesday on the new process of releasing
your fund. We also demand copy of your identification for record purposes
within the next 48hours. send this to us by email attachment immediately .
